About the Role

Job Title: Seasonal Porter/Groundskeeper FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly Location: New York NY Worksite Status: Onsite

Responsibilities As a Grounds Person on the Parker team, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of

the property. Duties include sidewalk and grounds cleanup, sanitizing the dog parks, power washing sidewalks, and

watering landscaped areas. On rainy days, you will assist other team members with assigned tasks as needed. Be an

ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and be generally helpful while always representing our

cultural responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned by your Supervisor. Qualifications 3 years of employment
