will do: Help create an oasis in Manhattan by maintaining the landscape of both the interior and exterior of occupied

residential buildings. Ensure a safe working environment by following all on-site requirements. Maintain a healthy

community by performing general horticulture duties (planting, watering, weeding and mulching). Help expedite large jobs

and get stuff done. Be an ambassador of the property by answering resident questions and being generally helpful while

always representing our cultural responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned by your Supervisor. What you should
