About the Role
Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Screw Machine Operator - 1st Shift. The core hours are 6:00am to
2:30pm Monday through Friday. The hourly rate for this position is $22.52 per hour. Responsible for directing,
assisting, and leading a group of employees performing various machining operations. Ensures workflow efficiency,
quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols. Performs minor machine adjustments and supports production
continuity. Perform threading, grooving, chamfering, turning, tapping, reaming, serrating, boring, facing, drilling, and
similar operations on departmental conventional machines excluding hand turret. Produce a variety of parts from a
