About the Role

Scaffolder – O&M NS Construction The Scaffolder will build, erect, and dismantle various types of scaffolds, working

platforms, and handrails. Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine materials and

equipment required for assigned work. Use woodworking tools, power tools, and perform basic joinery techniques. Perform

material take-offs and material requirements. Assist Scaffolding Crew with building and erecting various types of

scaffolding. Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures. Support AES zero-incident safety culture and

assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations. A
