dismantling of scaffolding systems. This role involves supervising scaffold crews, maintaining compliance with OSHA

standards, coordinating material and tool procurement, and ensuring project documentation is accurate. The Foreman must

foster a productive and safe working environment while promoting crew development and maintaining professional customer
