residential builder accounts and support project pricing within a specialty contractor environment focused on

insulation, fireplaces, and builder services. This role is a blend of relationship-driven sales, estimating, and account

management. The right candidate will be able to develop builder relationships, review plans, prepare accurate bids,

follow up on opportunities, and help convert projects into awarded work. This is a hands-on role for someone who
