This position carries significant responsibilities including the duties of maintaining safety and comfort for the
building's occupants. This requires the commitment, skill and professional demeanor of a dedicated self-starter and a
team player. The nature of this position regularly requires emergency response after hours. All maintenance mechanics
are required to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day. Frequently repairs will require staying past regular quitting
time to complete assignment. All extra hours will be compensated for in accordance with the collective bargaining
