About the Role

Adhere to and abide by all plant safety rules and regulations. Perform daily equipment check lists (IE crane checks,

equipment checks, etc.). Meet welder II requirements which include quality and productivity requirements. Independently

operate Robotic Welding Equipment. Ability to make minor adjustments as needed to operate Robotic Welding Equipment.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE: Ability to utilize a computer with basic software skills. Successful completion of 90 days of hands

on robotic welding training. Independent Utilization of the robotic welding software. Understanding and support of

Company policies and procedures. Must have a basic understanding of computers. Must have reading, writing and simple
