About the Role
Roads Maintenance Worker Under basic supervision, of the Secondary Roads Superintendent and Crew Leaders, the Roads
Maintenance Worker performs skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain secondary roads to ensure clear and safe roads
for travelers. Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include any of the
following representative duties, knowledge, and skills. Performs manual labor necessary to conduct maintenance and
construction projects including, but not limited to; patches asphalt and concrete roads; lays pipe and tile; builds
drainage structures; performs shoulder construction and maintenance; Removes snow, ice, and debris from roads, shoulders
