About the Role
Porter/Daytime Cook Share Apply Full-time Up to $18.00 per hour The porter plays a very important role in preparing the
restaurant for opening each day. It is the porter's responsibility to maintain the restaurant cleanliness and readiness
standards. This includes preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and cleaning kitchen equipment for cooking, stock
rotation, First In, First Out (FIFO) of all inventory items, preventative maintenance of equipment, and cooking and
arranging food according to food safety standards to ensure core menu items are ready to serve. Porter shifts are
Monday-Friday starting at 7am, so enjoy your nights off! We are looking for an experienced cook to fill a vacant spot in
