Remote Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and

Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality,

and commitment. We need a Part time maintenance technician in Hayden Idaho. This is a part- time paid hourly with 401K,

after 90 days, as well as 3 weeks PTO.   Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings, preforms unit

turnovers, and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Completes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

projects as needed. Assists landscapers when directed in maintaining all common areas, grounds, vacant and abandoned
