About the Role

Remote Hotel Baker The Remote Hotel Baker position is responsible for preparing and baking bread, pastries and a variety

of other baked goods. This position will support food service operations at the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge in Bethel,

AK. This is a rotational position working a 4-weeks on & 4-weeks off shift. The points of hire origin for this position

are Anchorage, AK and the YKHC Service Area. Housing and meals are provided. Responsibilities Prepares food as indicated

by par level sheets and in accordance with both Nutritional Services and Health Department standards. Follows

standardized recipes to meet nutritional needs. Attractively presents all items with appropriate garnish and correct
