About the Role

Zonda is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the Listings/ Virtual/ Utour Sales Team in a remote,

full-time capacity. The role covers Greater Minneapolis or Chicago, with a $80-100k base plus uncapped commission, and

requires strong prospecting and closing skills in a fast-moving housing market. You will develop and execute strategic

sales plans, generate 5-7 weekly appointments, manage the Salesforce pipeline, and demonstrate products to builders and
