About the Role
Sedgwick is seeking a Concierge Performance Associate for a remote role with a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule, including one
required weekend shift per week. You will assist homeowners, contractors and carriers, dispatch new jobs, schedule
appointments, support insurance adjusters, and maintain programme expectations while delivering excellent customer
service. The position requires a High school diploma, 1 year in construction management or claims, strong communication,
