About the Role

NMS is seeking a Remote Cook Supervisor to oversee daily production, stocking, and presentation of breakfast, entrees,

salads and pantry items in a remote camp setting in Alaska. You will lead a staff of 30+ and ensure sanitation, safety,

and cost-effective operations according to policy. Applicants should have HS diploma, 5+ years of cooking and

supervisory experience, Alaska Food Workers Card/ServSafe, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a remote camp
