About the Role

Fleet Operations Manager This position is responsible for leading the fleet delivery operations for their assigned

Distribution Centers. Drive operational excellence, safety, and compliance across the Prime Source distribution network.

This role will partner with Wolf Logistics and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation and distribution

performance, while achieving targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Talent. The position combines strategic

leadership with hands-on operational management, focusing on process improvement, equipment optimization,

standardization, and talent development. In addition, they will support the Director of Fleet Operations and the
