activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. $0.59-$0.64 per mile* Detention pay:

$20-$25 per hour after the first hour Drop and hook pay: $35.00 per stop Live load/unload stop pay: $65 per stop

Cross-town pay: $25-$60 per move Reefer cross-town/empty move pay: $15 per move Hazmat load pay: $25 per load Live lift

pay: $15 per load Refused delivery pay: $40-$75 per load Truck order not used pay: $20 per occurrence Empty move pay:
