About the Role
Quality Control / Shipping Clerk The Quality Control / Shipping Clerk delivers world-class customer service to all
retail customers. He or she performs a final check of all finished sign products and ensures everything is correct
before calling the customer to pick up their signs. The Quality Control / Shipping Clerk will box and ship signs when
necessary and check in inventory. The ideal candidate has previous shipping experience, strong computer and internet
skills, excellent proof-reading skills and an attention to detail, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and
genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn
