About the Role

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is looking for a Practice Manager (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead their

established clinic in Tacoma. You'll be accountable for clinic operations while maintaining an active patient caseload,

developing your team, and building community relationships. With a strong emphasis on autonomy and support from

experienced leaders, the role includes overseeing financial performance, scheduling, and operations, alongside

investment in staff through mentorship and professional development opportunities. The position offers a base salary of

$100,000 plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. #
