Porter / Groundskeeper - Property Management Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80916 Schedule: Monday through Friday We are
a resident-focused property management company serving communities throughout the Inland Empire. Our team is committed
to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive properties. We're looking for a dependable Porter who takes pride in their
work and helps create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Clean and maintain amenities such as the pool
area, laundry rooms, and leasing office Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, cleaning windows,
and minor touch-ups Power wash walkways and maintain curb appeal Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
