About the Role

As an assembler, your mission is to perform assembly of products by following the process to ensure Safety, Quality, and

Takt time . Safety Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations of the organization. Report risk observations,

near misses, and incidents on time. Use all necessary PPE required for the assigned job. Contribute suggestions for

improving overall safety. Quality Perform all tasks with a "First Time Right" mindset. Use work instructions to perform

mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment. Follow

all quality checkpoints before sending the machine to the next stage. Ask for help when needed from the Line Lead or
