About the Role
The Production Worker performs all tasks involved in the production of Corsicana Mattress Company products as assigned
by the Plant Manager and/or Production Supervisor. The Production Workers follows standard work methods and practices
safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible in order to support the production goals and
corporate values of Corsicana Mattress Company. Reads Work Orders and performs work as assigned by Production
Supervisor. Sews, cuts, clips, hooks, staples or otherwise assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished
product from raw materials. Tracks production and completion of Work Orders on schedule board or in computer system.
