About the Role
Meat Processing Plant Operator Responsible for daily operations of meat processing. Maintain daily functional status of
the meat processing plant including daily equipment functionality and preparedness. Perform equipment and facility
maintenance functions, as needed. Cuts, trims, prepares, slices and grinds meat products for wholesale and retail cut
generation. Prepares product for packaging, applies labels, measures and records weights, moves finished products to
coolers or freezers and maintains inventory of products. Participates in identification process as part of the inventory
tracking and traceability procedures. Operates and maintains all meat processing equipment ensuring sanitation standard
