About the Role
The Production Worker 1 is responsible for performing various tasks in the production process, including operating
machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor
production machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines. Assembly: Quality Control: Inspect products
for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Complete all
required paperwork and computer entries accurately and on time. Housekeeping and 5S Implementation: Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe work environment by adhering to the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize,
