Production Welder

About the Role

The purpose of the Welder is to manufacture quality irrigation products from fabricated metal component parts by

performing acceptable weld processes. A Welder must be able to weld at the established standard(s) for both production

and quality before they can be considered for advancement. Must be able to demonstrate the skills, knowledge, and

proficiency necessary to make good welds as welds will be required to meet acceptable standards and will be subject to

inspection. Must be able to use hand and power tools correctly. Must be able to run a forklift and secure a forklift

license if required. Must be familiar and cognizant of safety guidelines throughout the company. Must maintain a good
