About the Role
Fitter Welder A Fitter Welder is responsible for reading blueprints, laying out, fitting, and welding stainless steel
components to precise specifications. Key duties include using MIG/TIG/Stick welding, operating grinding tools,
measuring with calipers, and ensuring high-quality fabricated parts. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Fabrication &
Fitting: Read and interpret blueprints to client out, position, align, and secure parts (stainless steel) using clamps,
jigs, and fixtures. Welding: Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) on
stainless steel tubing and components. Fabrication Tools: Utilize grinders, plasma cutters, and other pneumatic/power
