About the Role
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to batch mixing,
baking, extruding, filling, depositing and cutting operations within the Bakery. Food Quality and Food Safety are an
important aspect to ensuring our customer expectations are met. This position involves the set up and operation of
numerous pieces of equipment including mixers, depositors, ovens, extruders, robotic cutters and more. You'll also be
responsible for: • Preforming set-up procedures for upcoming production runs • Reading recipes to ensure the proper
production of various products for pastries, buttercreams, cookies, cheesecakes, etc. • Executing baking, filling,
