standards. Follow production schedules to ensure displays stay fresh, full, and inviting. Maintain consistency in
product quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and
sanitation standards. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with training new team members and
supporting overall bakery operations. Provide friendly, helpful customer service when questions arise. Help manage
