About the Role

Baker II Harrah's Laughlin Prepares all bakery items through a process of mixing, proofing, baking, scaling, and

rotating stock. How You Will Create the Extraordinary What you'll do Assists in the production of all baked goods in

required volume to requesting outlets and in accordance with established quality standards. Receives stores, rotates and

distributes bakery supplies and produce in and around production area. Maintains cleanliness in and around Bakery

production area, including care of work bench and equipment. Accurately scales and measure ingredients. Prepares baking

pans for the baking process. Loads and empties oven. Fills racks for transportation and storage. Prepares pastries,
