About the Role
Dispatcher I-III Tooele County is accepting applications for a Dispatcher with the Tooele County Sheriff's Department.
Applicants currently employed as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher can receive a lateral transfer pay. Please attach all diplomas and
certifications you may have acquired for verification. POSITION DUTIES: Dispatchers are the primary answering point for
all 911 and non-emergency phone calls from within Tooele County. The Communications Center operates 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, with two separate shifts. Dispatchers must be able to work odd hours and be on-call on short notice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Dispatcher I - $22.69: Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; and must have two (2)
