About the Role

Postal Courier Retail Clerk/Passport Agent Customer Retail Counters Provide postage stamp sales and shipping services at

Customer Retail Counters on the Columbia campus to University community and the public using a point of sale and USPS

mailing/shipping system. U.S. Dept. of State – USC Passport Acceptance Agent Perform passport application acceptance and

photo services in accordance with the U.S. Dept. of State policies and procedures. Requires ability to obtain and

maintain ongoing training and annual Passport Agent recertification upon successful completion of initial training

provided by the department. Mail / Parcels Unload and sort inbound mail/parcels for data entry in computerized tracking
