About the Role
Porter/Housekeeping/Maintenance Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment throughout the residence.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Superintendent. Responsibilities: Completing all scheduled housekeeping and janitorial
duties in order to maintain a clean, sanitary environment in the facility. Providing clients with needed supplies (i.e.,
soap, toilet tissues, linens, towels). Assisting clients in physically moving in and out of the facility. Operating and
maintaining all maintenance equipment within the facility safely and responsibly, and vouching for all facility tools
when used. Assisting the Superintendent in maintenance and repair duties as assigned. Should have basic repair skills.
