common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage Report all notable concerns (e.g., vandalism, missing

light bulbs or fixtures, missing smoke detectors or extinguishers) in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Daily removal and proper disposal of litter and debris from interior common areas and assistance with exterior grounds
