Full-time Haverkamp Properties is a 31-year-old family business and our purpose is to "Create Communities Where You Love
to LIVE" and to "maximize property values." We are all working together towards our 10-Year Target of seventeen thousand
six hundred units under management. Service - we focus on serving both internally and externally Own the meticulous
upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control
on the property Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area
deficiencies Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash
