About the Role

Responsibilities Maintain high standards of cleanliness and provide excellent service to both residents and guests.

Oversee and execute the upkeep and maintenance of facilities such as the gym, swimming pools, and common amenity spaces.

Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards are consistently met. Manage and

restock cleaning and maintenance supplies for efficient operations. Collaborate with the management team to address and

resolve any maintenance or cleanliness-related issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a Porter

or Housekeeper. Strong communication and organizational skills. Capability to work independently and collaboratively
