About the Role

Overview Porter will work under the direction of the Director of Property Management, Property Manager, Super, or their

designee. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. The entire building—including interior,

exterior, roofs, parking lots, hallways, basements, compactor and utility rooms, and apartment repairs as directed—is

the primary responsibility of the Porter. Any incidents involving repairs or security must be reported immediately to

the Property Manager to develop an appropriate response plan. The Porter is responsible for maintaining the building's

excellent and clean appearance at all times. Any condition that compromises the appearance or security of the building
