The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the landscape and the interior/exterior image of the community. The

clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment Keep the property litter free Assist with unit trash outs

Deliver notices Report time and attendance Make daily inspections of the community Understand and adhere to the Landmark
