About the Role

Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent, the employee will clean and service buildings

and surrounding areas, move equipment, and perform a variety of housekeeping and desk duties. Clean roofs, hall areas,

stairs, apartment doors, windows and sills, baseboard crowns, elevator cabs, elevator floors, trash closets, hoppers,

slop sinks, lobby floors, vestibule floors, all glazed areas, pictures, light fixtures, metalwork, storerooms,

workshops, laundry rooms, and bathrooms. Remove all items left in vacant apartments and dust vestibule and all other

areas. Trim shrubbery, weed, sweep sidewalks, courtyards and parking lots; remove snow/ice; deposit garbage; remove
