On-site Porter/Maintenance Technician Bluestone Real Estate Services invites applications for a full-time On-site
Porter/Maintenance Technician. Bluestone Real Estate is a leading property management company dedicated to providing
exceptional service and enhancing the experiences of our tenants. As an On-site Porter/Maintenance Technician, you will
oversee the day-to-day maintenance of one or more Bluestone-managed properties. You will ensure the efficient
maintenance of all aspects of the property, systems, vendor management, and maintain good relations with building
tenants. This position is located at The Reed, 120 Commercial, and the Forge in downtown Salem. Special Projects and
