responsibility is to preserve and maintain the excellent condition of the interior and exterior buildings and grounds at
the student housing apartment community and provide support to the maintenance team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, curb appeal, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking
lots, and other community buildings. Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily. Assist in
