About the Role

Job Overview This position focuses on plant maintenance, ensuring machinery and equipment are operational, safe, and

efficient. Responsibilities Troubleshoot all plant maintenance issues during shift Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and

preventive maintenance Secure repair parts inventory and maintain adequate stock levels Use the MRO system to remove and

return parts from inventory Make recommendations for equipment improvements Assist with setups, start‐ups, and

qualifications Strive for continuous improvement of equipment Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards

Ensure scheduled PMs are performed and recorded per service work order Enter all work order requests into automated
