Maintenance Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm; some nights, weekends, and possible shift work. Job

Summary: The Plumber Utility Mechanic I assists in the fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair of heating,

plumbing, mechanical piping systems, structural steel, package boiler equipment and water treatment, kitchen equipment,

auxiliary equipment, steam, water, gas systems and other building mechanical equipment; auxiliary equipment, steam,

water, sewers both sanitary and storm, irrigation systems gas and air systems and other building mechanical equipment;
