Plant Maintenance Engineer Equipment

About the Role

Job Description Insight Global is looking for Maintenance Technicians who will support daily production by

troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on complex CNC equipment, including 5‑axis mills,

mill‑turn machines, and lathes. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic,

and control system issues related to PLCs, HMIs, servos, sensors, and machine tool components such as ballscrews, linear

rails, and gearboxes. The technician will execute scheduled PMs, respond to equipment downtime, collaborate with

production teams, operate material‑handling equipment as needed, and maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing
