(Training on 1st Shift) Pay: $27-$31/hr DOE About the Role: This position supports daily production operations by
troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. Candidates with
strong mechanical aptitude and a background in industrial maintenance will thrive here. Requirements: English
proficiency required Bilingual candidates encouraged (no preference on secondary language; our team speaks 15+
languages) Preferred Experience: Welding, fabrication, high-voltage systems PLC programming and automation familiarity
