About the Role
What You'll Do Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completions, and

equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing
preventive maintenance; calling for repairs when needed Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
and follows safety regulations Prepares and maintains accurate records of services and repairs What You'll Need Must be
able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions Must be able to stand for
