in Georgetown, KY. This is a pipeline opportunity designed to support ongoing and future maintenance coverage needs,

with a strong focus on occupied service requests, vacant unit turns, and make-ready work. As a Maintenance Technician at

Morgan Properties, you will: ~ Complete service requests in occupied apartment homes, including plumbing, HVAC,

electrical, and general repairs ~ Perform vacant unit turns and make-ready work to support leasing timelines ~
