About the Role
JOB TITLE
Position Purpose: Responsible for training and/or re-training delivery drivers on all aspects of the delivery driver job
duties. Utilizes all company training guides, manuals, checklists and processes to ensure compliance with company
policies, practices, safety and DOT regulations. Performs preferred work method observations and provides verbal and
written feedback on driver trainees' performance including suggested development actions. Functions as a team member
within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
