Pastry Cook - NY Bakery We seek to provide comfort and joy, to care for, and nurture life by sharing our unique
pastries, cake, pies, breads and treats. At Tatte we bake everything from scratch and use high-quality ingredients. As a
Pastry Cook, you will identify and select ingredients, and prepare and mix dough, cookies, pies, pastries and
confections. Each day you will produce components of a variety of items, including tarts and pies, while adhering to a
predetermined production schedule. The responsibilities of the Pastry Cook are diverse and dependent on experience and
will change as you grow and hone your skill set. The Pastry Cook must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while
