About the Role

Aluminum Tig Welder We are looking for an Aluminum TIG welder who will support the manufacturing and fabrication process

of Sportsman Boats with emphasis on aluminum. What you will do: Build t-tops, rod holders, leaning posts, etc. meeting

high quality standards and daily production goals Lay out, measure, and align metal work pieces prior to welding Assess

welds to ensure they are clean, free of error and in accordance with relevant welding codes Read and interpret weld

codes and blueprints Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to address issues Work as a team To be considered you must

have: Aluminum tig welder knowledge and experience Strong fabrication skills Ability to assess metal structures to
