Waccamaw Management is hiring a Part Time Maintenance Custodian to support its high‐end condominium community in Myrtle

Beach, SC. 20 hours a week 4/5 days a week to include Monday, Thursday, Saturday 8am - 12pm or 9am - 1pm. Walk and

inspect the community for cleanliness. Clean assigned areas including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills,

blinds and vents. Clean rest room facilities and replenish supplies. Perform general cleaning, light floor care. Assist

with light landscaping to include maintaining flower beds. Power wash areas. Assist with light electrical, plumbing, and
